Idyllic cottage in the Roman village of Caerleon

Cosy cottage (barn conversion) lovingly restored with original features including a fireplace and log burner and roll top bath in the fantastic roman village of Caerleon, with easy access to M4 (Cardiff is a 20 minute drive), Brecon Beacons, Abergavenny. The house offers a great space to relax with family and friends. The cottage is located next to another larger air b n b house should you wish to accommodate other family members. The downstairs of the house has a lovely open plan kitchen diner with all necessary appliances. The house has a cosy living room with log burner, perfect for relaxing in! The family bathroom has a lovely roll top bath with shower included, towels are provided for all guests. The house has been decorated to a high standard with exposed stone and a cottage feel. Both bedrooms have a double bed, the master bedroom has a large space to fit a travel cot or small blow up bed. All bed linen provided for guests. Guests can access the property using the front and back door. Help is available throughout your stay (owners live on site). Hosts are contactable by email or phone. Caerleon is a lovely roman village steeped in history, including an amphitheatre, museum and Roman baths. There are lots (we mean lots!) of pubs and restaurants less than a mile away from the property. The Celtic Manor is a 5 minute drive away and boasts lots of activities for children and adults alike. There is a great bus service at the end of the lane, with regular buses into Newport and Cwmbran where there are frequent trains to Cardiff and Bristol. There are lots of fantastic places to visit a short drive away! There is parking on site for up to 3 cars.
