Boutique Mini Home is an architecturally designed mini home. It is located on a quiet leafy residential area. The mini home is fitted out with a new modern kitchen and a sleeping loft with a double bed and a 2nd room with a bunk bed for 2 people.The kitchen has full facilities with an oven, a dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. It has a large 65", 4K TV with free wifi and Netflix. There are 2 car spaces available for guests. There is a large garden in the backyard for guests to enjoy. The Boutique Mini Home is adjacent to the main house with its own private entrance. The space is an architecturally designed mini home and is newly fitted out. It has an upstairs loft bedroom with a double bed and a seperate room with a bunk suitable for 2 adults (or children above the age of 6 years old). Towels ,shampoo and shower gels are also provided. Guests can enjoy the 65" 4K TV with a Roku streaming device to make viewing TV & Netflix a breeze in the comfortable high ceiling lounge. Free WIFI is also provided for guests' convenience. The new kitchen is fully equipped with appliances for home dining. There are an induction cook-top, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a microwave. There is a front-loading washing machine for your laundry in the kitchen nook. The guests will have a private access to the Boutique Mini Home during their stay. Guests have off street parking for their car. Our guests have the flexibility to check-in from 3 pm till late as we provide a self- check in facility. We respect the privacy of our guests but we are happy to come and say hello if they wish. We are contactable at any time if any help is needed during their stay. We will make sure that our guests will have a clean place to stay with beds made up with clean and fresh linens! Boutique Mini Home is conveniently located, within 15-20 mins drive (slightly longer in peak hour traffic) to major Canberra attractions such as Lake Burley Griffin, Civic (CBD), National Gallery of Australia, National Portrait Gallery, Parliament House, Questacon, National Arboretum Canberra, Australian National Botanic Gardens . It is within a 5 minute drive or 15 min walk to Southlands Shopping centre and within a 10 minute drive to the Canberra Hospital and Woden Westfield shopping mall. The Canberra Airport , IKEA and Costco retail outlets are within a 20 minute drive. There is ample parking at the Boutique Mini Home. Public Transport: The ACTION bus service (bus number 4 or 5) runs from the main bus stop at the Southland shops (10-15 minute walk) every 5-10 minutes during weekdays. The buses are less frequent during the weekends. These services travel directly to the Civic and Woden interchange for transfer. No pets are permitted. No smoking inside the Boutique Mini Home. Guests are requested to remove their shoes to keep the mini home clean and to keep the cleaning cost low. Please report any issues/problems to the host as soon as possible. When using the cook-top please use the air extraction hood-it is above the cook-top. Please clean the oven after use. If left unreasonably dirty, a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. When check-out: Please remove your rubbish and place it in the bin outside the mini home. Please place the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. You are not required to turn it on. Please report any damages to the host as soon as possible. If the place is left in a dirty condition, guest/s will be charged $300 for professional cleaning.
