2 bedroom house, sleeps 6, with pool, WiFi & golf

La Casa de Rodagolf is a 2 bedroom house situated in Rodagolf Resort, Roda, San Javier in Murcia, Spain. Nearest airport Murcia (San Javier) less than 10 mintues drive, Alicante is about an hour drive. Los Alcázares is only 20-30 minutes walk which is full with restaurants, and you can find plenty of sandy beach there. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house: On the ground floor there is a living-room and diner together, a kitchen, utility room, 3 piece bathroom. On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. In the bedrooms we can accommodate 2-2 people, in the living room we have a sofa bed where another 2 people can sleep comfortably. We also have a travel cot for a small child (0-3 yr old). If there would be an extra person to sleep on the top of the 6, we have a set up bed, however there is an extra charge for the 7th person (€10 per night). The bedrooms have 1 double bed each, bedside tables and wardrobes. Please note bedsheets and towels are provided. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet, washing basin and a bath with shower. The bathroom downstairs has a shower, a toilet and a washing basin. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances: cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, a microwave oven, cutleries, plates and bowls. The dining area is open with the living room. The dining table can accommodate 8 people. The living room has a sofa bed where 2 people can sleep. Pool: there is a big swimming pool which is shared with other residence of Rodagolf. Pool is open throughout the year (although not heated). You can use it at your convenience, please keep the pool and it’s area always clean. The place is really nice winter time as well especially if you are looking to get away from the city and enjoy the quite warm weather. Winter daytime degree is about 18-20 celsius. The house is equipped with central heating so you can stay there during winter time as well. Note: there is a small charge of €5 per day for heating for the period of 1 December – 15 March. This is applicable for every day while you stay in the property this time. Car park: There is free car park next to the property. Availability: Throughout the year depending on bookings We always available for help, so if you have questions, please let us know and we try to help you to our best knowledge. Guests can have access to the whole house while they stay there. They can also use the pool. Rodagolf Resort's restaurant, gym and golf courses are extra charge and that can be arranged with Rodagolf itself. We will leave our guests to enjoy their time. At check in and at check out there is a lady, called Kati who will give you the keys and get the keys from you when you leave. She will also answer any questions you may have. If you have any problem you can reach us but Kati is the person who is permanently looking after the property. There are 12 houses in total where our house is located and which share a common area with a pool. All houses and their owners and guests are coming all over the world. The summer is lively and winter is rather quiet. Roda Golf Resort is safe and secure. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the neighbourhood is peaceful. This resort has a golf course, large outdoor swimming pools and apartments with balconies. Offering free WiFi access, the à la carte restaurant serves a range of international cuisine. It also has a terrace and during summer there is a club to enjoy the nights. August the resort organises a festival which is always a great fun for all ages. The beaches of Los Alcazares are beautiful and the town has a lot to offer with restaurants and bars. The historic city of Cartagena is only 20 minutes by car and is a fantastic day out to enjoy history, culture and shopping. Local activities include fishing, windsurfing and sailing. Los Alcázares’ Los Narejos Beach is less than 15 minutes’ drive from the resort. The resort is less than 6.2 miles from Las Salinas de San Pedro Natural Park and Cabo de Palos Port. If you like hiking there are plenty of mountains available to do so and it's always great fun. The best is to hire a car at either Alicante airport or at San Javier. San Javier has plenty of car hire companies. Make sure you can pay by credit card and have the relevant papers (licence etc) with you when you are hiring a car. If you have a car you can be at a sandy beach in 10 mins. There is bicycle hire available on the resort. There are taxis at the front gates - it costs less than €10 to go to the beach / in to town. There is a bus during summer that runs from Roda village in to the town. Please ensure you pre-agree of your arrival and leaving time, this allow us to be flexible with all of our guest as much as possible. Please respect our home and the surrounding areas so the next guest can enjoy the house as you did. Summer time is very lively, but winter time is rather quiet. There are many markets where you can buy fresh and local fruits, vegetables and other local delicacies. One is about 10 mins walk from the resort every Saturday at Los Narejos.
