Staying in an old farmhouse in quiet area

The cozy flat "Vergissmeinnicht" is located on the ground floor of an almost 200 years old farmhouse. Renovated in spring of 2016 with a completely new bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, the flat provides enough space for up to six people. The house is situaded in beautiful and quiet surroundings. Our old and idyllic farmhouse is located above a small village called Utzigen. Here, you will have the opportunity to go on hikes through the hilly landscape of the Emmental, to enjoy the view of the mountain range or simply to relax. The capital of Switzerland, Bern, is accessible in 20 minutes by car. The holiday flat on the ground floor is structured as follows: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) 1 living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a TV, can be uesd as a second bedroom 1 living - and dining room with a big table and a sofa bed ( 1.60 m x 2.00 m) A kitchen with a fridge, a freezer, an oven and a dishwasher 1 bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a bathtub We can provide you with a portable cribe if needed. The whole holiday flat as well as the veranda and the conservatory/sunroom are for private use for our guests, plus a perch in the garden. There is a grill you can use as well. We like to talk to our guests and are always happy to help if there are any questions. We live on a hill offside the road, in middle of the nature. There is a market stand in the village (accessible in 10 minutes by foot), which is operated by a local family. There, you can buy fresh vegetables, fruit, eggs, jam, and more. You can find more shopping facilities in the neighboring village (accessible in 5 minutes by car). Bern is easily accessible by car or public transportation. The closest train station is 2 km away and is accessible by bus (bus station in village). From there, the train will take 20 minutes to get to Bern. There are a couple of cats living around the house, and our dog Louane. They won't be allowed in the holiday flat but are always more than happy to be petted :)
