Cottage in a fantastic location for the beach

My place is close to the beach, coastal walks, the town, the playground and boating lake.. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) or for sole adventurers. The cottage is in a fantastic location, as it is 2-3 minutes walk to the beach or 2-3 minutes to the shopping and pub/restaurant areas. The best bit is that it is on the flat - so when you have had a day at the beach, it is an easy walk back. There is a lovely quiet outside garden with sitting area - it is a real sun trap, a great place to loose yourself in a book, or read the Sunday papers. There is also a BBQ if you wish to dine alfresco, or picnic on the grass. Inside the lounge is nice and cosy with tv, a range of dvd's, books and games - as well as the wood burner for chilly evenings, and snuggly blankets. The kitchen has transformed into a kitchen-diner and is ready for cooking and relaxing in. It is now a light and open room with a sitting area, dining table and settee for relaxing with a glass of wine or soft drink. The kitchen has everything you need: a fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, toaster, kettle and a range of utensil and pans. And new for 2021 is internet!! It is available in all room and the tv will play catch up and stream. All areas. We have a cupboard upstairs, and cupboard in the kitchen, which has our personal belongings in - everywhere else is available. I am available to help you get the best from your stay. There is a bus stop in Perranporth that will get you to Newquay / St Agnes / Truro / Truro train station - which will enable travel to other places......getting to St Ives is always good on the train, especially during Summer - it gets very busy!!! Newquay is the closest airport. Exeter airport is a larger airport and is 1hr 30mins away by car. Airport transfers can be arranged on request. There is a 2nd bed available in the 2nd bedroom on request.
