Spacious upper-level 1 bedroom apartment. Plenty of street parking available. The bedroom has a full-bed with a comfortable mattress. There is a very nice inflatable mattress that can be set up in the bedroom or living room. The space is suitable for a couple and a child or a few friends. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a toaster, microwave and a coffee maker (coffee included). Bathroom has soap and shampoo products. All linens are included. Guests have access to the second floor apartment. Key-coded entry. Laundry in suite. I am available by phone during your stay and am happy to give recommendations for fun things to do in Mankato. Our place is convenient to all of the downtown activities. It is across the street from a park, within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, grocery store etc. Public bus access >100 yards from the front door. For sleeping arrangements we have 1 full size bed in the bedroom and 1 queen air mattress (very comfortable) that can be set up in the living room or the bedroom.
