The home oozes timeless old warm charm yet it presents the brand new with a 'Hamptons feel' offering all the finishes that you would expect from a quality home. Decorated and maintained to a very high standard. French doors open onto a wide veranda, perfecto relax and soak up the atmosphere or share a meal in one of two alfresco areas which showcase the gardens and offer views of the foothills of Kurrajong and surrounding acreage. The property features an air conditioned beautiful barn covered in ivy from Spring through to early Autumn and a small gatehouse for massage and beauty treatment on the property during your stay. Pricing is twin share: Our pricing is based on a twin share bedroom arrangement for each of the four bedrooms - this means that the number of people you include in your booking will determine the number of bedroom(s) made available. We will make up beds, and open bedrooms, only based on how many people you book for. If you book for: 1 person = the master bedroom with a king single 2 people = the master bedroom with either two king singles or a king bed 3 people = as per "2 people" plus bedroom 2 with a king single 4 people = as per "2 people" plus bedroom 2 with either two king singles or a king bed 5 people = as per "4 people" plus bedroom 3 with a king single 6 people = as per "4 people" plus bedroom 3 with either two king singles or a king bed 7 people = as per "6 people" plus bedroom 4 with a single bed 8 people = as per "6 people" plus bedroom 4 with either two singles or a double bed. What if guests don't want to do twin share? Our pricing is based on twin share. For exclusive single room bookings, the guest or guests need to book for two people. In other words, the rate for a single share room is charged for two guests. We will arrange access with the guests on confirmation of booking. The house is then all yours. It is a popular area for fruit picking . -Bushwalking - bushwalking is a popular activity in this area of the Blue Mountains. We recommend the Wollemi National Park . Two options include a gentle ramble like Sam's Way (a 3.5km walk, 1 hour), or a more expeditionary 11km (3 hour) return walk on the T3 track to "The End of The Earth" lookout taking in spectacular panoromic views of the Wollemi Wilderness. These walks are a 30 minute drive from Bell View House to the start of the walks. -Windsor River - take a picnic and enjoy a swim at Windsor River. If you are not planning on swimming but want to enjoy the view and the location, pull up on the Windsor town side of the river where there is grass, shade and trees. If you want a swim, cross the river and enjoy the sandy shore. -Wheeny Creek - take a picnic and enjoy a swim in this popular area Drive to the Colo River and enjoy the sand and fresh water river Paid Attractions Suitable for Children & Adults Mount Wilson Botanic Gardens and The Pottager Restaurant - This is a 28ha botanic gardens and is a beautiful place to visit.
