Special deals for longer stays. just as us The terrace house is uniquely positioned with views from the entire top floor across the widest part of Georges River. It has a waterside pool, which is delightful in winter with full sun and water views all day. and in summer to cool off or enjoy some shade under the umbrellas with a cocktail. The pool is 25 metres long so get some laps in as well. The complex is in a cul de sac, so it is a quiet location with large shady gum trees lining the street. it is very pretty. the next street north shows stunning views of the city skyline and all across Botany Bay. There is a boat marina and 2 boat ramps nearby. The location is well serviced with a large shopping centre at the end of the street. A bus stop is 100 metres away, and services to the train (for city access), also buses to Cronulla beach, and Miranda Shopping centres. Under the bridge (200metres away) are some wonderful restaurants, including a hatted asian fusion restaurant and there are others like thai, indian, vietnamese, burgers, great coffee, japanese, kebabs, and the list goes on. Across the end of our street is a pub, a Japanese restaurant, and McDonald's. We are lucky to have a dog friendly beach within a short walk, a bush track with a fresh water stream ( dog friendly) and stunning neighbourhood walks to the likes of Kangaroo Point and Sylvania Waters. Put a kayak in at the local boat ramp and wander around the water ways. Or take on the bicyle ways to Cronulla Beach or Sans Souci for a nice lunch. There will be a self-check in code on the lock box at the front door of the Terrace. Sylvania is a suburb surrounded by water. Has some great restaurants, cafes, clubs, pubs, and recreation facilities. biking, kayaking, swimming, fishing. boating. The shopping centre is only 100m away and has very good stores, including 2 supermarkets, Kmart, and lots of specialty stores. Public transport is brilliant, and a good base to explore more of Sydney ad The Sutherland Shire. Miranda Westfield is 3kms away, by bus or car. There is free secure parking within the building. Buses are 75 meters away. Buses will take you to Hurstville station, for fast train to the city. or bus to Cronulla beach or Miranda. There is a cycle way to Cronulla beach and Sans Souci, Brighton, Botany Bay and beyond all the way to the Sydney CBD. All rooms access the courtyard via full length glass doors. There are 3 bedrooms. The Master Suite has a King Size luxury bed ( by King Furniture) and a Private Ensuite. The 2nd Bedroom has Queen bed with a Sleeping Duck luxury mattress. You will sleep soundly in these beds. The third room has a pull out sofa which makes up a proper bed (very comfortable) for a single person. The third room has a screen monitor and desk if you want to use as additional TV viewing room ( hook it up to your lap top). There is a main bathroom with over size shower. And a laundry. And a private courtyard. Upstairs is where the stunning views are captured. Full ceiling to floor glass in all living areas. A super large outdoor Terrace or viewing deck, outdoor lounge, BBQ, Outdoor Table and chairs. There is an extension awning which is electric for opening and closing. This provides shade in summer Also an additional large outdoor umbrella. Many hours will be spent lazing out here looking at the sunsets, and the many changes in the river. Enjoy. The entire place is pet friendly for small dogs (on approval) so they have access inside and outside. Please note, there is no grass, but fake grass matt in the courtyard for dogs and their toileting use
