Private and cozy basement

My place is above the ground basement with 1 room a queen size bed and a futon in the living room with small kitchen. The entrance to the back of the house with private parking. This is a sleep 4 apartment if you bring other guess it will be a charge of 20 dollars por person.Also the property have outside camera.
