Centrally located in Falmouth. 5 minute walk to Gylly Beach, Swanpool Beach, town centre and Penmere train station. Local Co-Op, fish & chip shop and petrol station near by. Residential area with off street parking available. Town house that has been converted to a downstairs large carpeted double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (coffee and tea making facilities in room). Clean and modern. Would suit couples or good friends. Children over 10 welcome, sorry no pets as I have a dog. :) Please be advised the en-suite door is not working so a shower curtain has been added to give privacy. Key safe will allow you access to suit your needs. This is my permanent home but I have a busy family life so we will be in and out but you will not be disturbed. Happy to offer suggestions for restaurants, cafes, walks, beaches etc if required. The neighbourhood is very mixed ranging from students to elderly but all very friendly. It is a cul-de-sac and off the main road so quiet and safe. A hidden gem with a footpath opposite the house to pop you out on the main road :) Penmere train station is a quick walk. Buses leave from main road behind us. Swanpool nature reserve and beautiful beaches around us.
