We are offering ground floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath room, and one carpark (in front of unit). The apartment is fully air conditioned and ceiling fans throughout. The apartment is 92m2, larger than average apartment size. Certainly can fit 5 people comfortably. Guest can enjoy privacy of staying in the fully furnished apartment. Guest will have access to private laundry, private balcony and shared 15m x 8m lap pool. One private carpark is available. Several visitor carparks are also available. All kitchen/ dining utensils, salt, pepper, cooking oils, washing powder, shampoo, body wash, towels, linens, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer are provided. We live minutes away. So we can provide immediate support if needed. Keys are located in key lock box in front of unit. If extra key are needed please let us know in advance. The property is 5 mins walking distance to popular Rapid Creek Sunday Market and 5 mins drive to Saturday Nightcliff Market. The property are also close to Millner Primary School ,Sabine road restaurants, King Pin, Flip out, and Ice Skating Rink. Those facilities are within 5 mins drive. We have one allocated carpark (no roof) and there are also several visitors carpark available for the complex. Darwin Bus number 10 is available within 5 mins walking distance.
