Up to 2 Pets welcome free of charge The space is large, open, clean and very comfortable. With access to Wifi, smart TV, Sky, Board games and a small pool table,and a hot tub. The cottage is more than ready to keep you and your family entertained, even if the weather isn't. The children can also enjoy the tree house at the top of the garden We have the family space to sleep up to 5 people. These include the three beds upstairs and a sofa bed in the living room space. We have a large shared garden. Your side will be for you own personal use.with the hot tub and fishpond The garden is closed in on both sides, if the children or animals want to explore the whole garden that is fine. Guests have their own entrance to the property and access via a lockbox. Guests also have their own sliding doors to the Garden area We are next door but you won't see us unless you need us. The cottage is set up for self-check-in. Cwmann is a quiet and popular village 1 mile from the market and university town of Lampeter. Here you will find multiple shops, including small family run independent shops. Wonderful food shops such as Watson and Pratts as well as Sainsbury's and Co-op. There are many places to ride a bike on challenging country roads or to go for walks in the Teifi Valley. Additionally, there are family-run cafes, pubs and restaurants available. The vast majority of guests use a car to reach multiple local destinations such as the beautiful Georgian Harbour town of Aberaeron which is just 14 miles away, the incredible Ceredigion coastal path or the historical castles of Castell Carreg Cennin and Dinefwr in Llandeilo. There are Buses that run from Lampeter to Carmarthen and Aberystwyth about a mile from our house. The garden is fenced in and safe from the main road. It is shared with our garden although your side is private for your own use.
