Guests have access to entire home. Small yard but there is a front porch, back porch and concrete pad with grill for cooking out. The host lives in the house right next door, so we are always available for questions or concerns. This home is right in the heart of historic Vermilion. It’s a 3 minute walk from the beach as well as all the local shopping, bars, and restaurants. Chez Francois, one of Ohio’s premier restaurants, is just a few steps away. Most of the local businesses are within a 3 minute walk from the house. The Sterling House was renovated in July 2019- including brand new beds, bedding, linens & carpet. A simple, comfortable living space perfect for anyone from a couple spending a romantic getaway together to a family excited to enjoy the beach and all the local spots!
