The price you see is for ONE room only. Make a booking request for 3 people to activate the second room. Two bedrooms available in a medium-sized, recently refurbished modern house. One 4x3m room with Queen bed, one 3x2.5m room with double bed. Area has good local amenities and bus services. Each room has its own separate bathroom. A cat lives in the house too. The house is small and modern, warm and well-insulated. It is in a vibrant part of town (Riccarton) being close to shopping malls, University and popular pubs, but the street itself is quiet at night. The main guest bedroom is 4x3m with an additional 2.5x0.5m wardrobe space. The second guest room is 3x2.2m with an additional 1.5x0.6m wardrobe space. Guests will have access to the whole house and garden, with a garage for car/bikes. No curfew or any nonsense like that. Food is not provided but the kitchen has all you need to prepare food in terms of utensils. There are various spices, sugar etc in the cupboards Lots of local pubs, shops and restaurants. House is in a handy position for getting in and out of town without encountering lots of traffic. Neighbourhood does not have any crime problems. Plenty of parking in garage and driveway. Driveway could fit a small-to-medium sized campervan. The large room does not have a nice view - it looks onto a small private courtyard and gets no sun. It is pleasantly cool in summer and easily heated in winter. The small room overlooks the garden and some other houses and gets great sunlight. A cat lives at the house.
