Newly renovated 420 square ft. suite located atop Lookout Mountain, GA in quaint, quiet neighborhood - less than one mile south of Covenant College and 15 minutes from Chattanooga, Cloudland Canyon State Park, Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline Railway. Nicely decorated, comfortable, private space with private garage entrance - 1 bed/1 bath with separate large sitting area. King bed + Queen pull-out. Sleeps 4, Wi-Fi & 2 cable TVs. (Optional 2nd attached bath available for additional fee.) Large sitting room (13ft X 13ft) has a 3 seat queen size La-Z-Boy pull out couch, 2 additional comfortable sitting chairs, a small fold-down table with cushioned folding chairs, cable smart TV, a mini-kitchenette that includes a 4.5 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, disposable utensils and paper goods, bottled water, (no sink in kitchenette). Sitting room separated from master bedroom/bathroom by sliding barn door. The spacious bedroom (10ft X 14ft) has comfortable King bed, cable TV, dresser, comfortable sitting chair, a 12ft X 9ft bathroom with double vanity, shower (no tub) and closet. Coffee, tea, light breakfast foods/snacks, bottled water provided. Additional bathroom (attached to sitting area) with single vanity, shower/tub available for additional $25/night. Host couple are alumni of nearby Covenant College. They are in and out of attached house - will be available by phone/e-mail as needed. Neighborhood is located a short hike south of Covenant College and within a 5-15 minute drive from numerous sight-seeing locations such as: Rock City, Ruby Falls, Cloudland Canyon, Lula Lake, Point Park, Incline, Lookout Flight Park (Hang-Gliding/Paragliding), as well as numerous scenic hiking trails. Chattanooga, TN is a short 15-20 minute drive away and is home to a multitude of dining/shopping/sight-seeing possibilities. Car is needed as Lookout Mountain has very limited dining and grocery options.
