A traditional weavers studio cottage with own entrance. The space has period features, charm and exposed beams along with a log burning stove. The space is laid out as a studio, with kingsize bed, two comfortable leather fireside chairs and log burner. The property also has gas central heating and hot water. Fridge, kettle, toaster and sink within a utility area - no washing machine and limited (hob only) cooking facilities. A small patio area with bistro table looks onto the main garden. This is a spacious and welcoming studio which was a former traditional weavers cottage. The cottage has recently been renovated to provide a private and tranquil space. The cottage sits within, and is accesed via a quiet private back garden yet is in the heart of the village and is on the A85 bus route to St Fillans / Crieff and onwards to Perth and Stirling. Accessed via a shared alleyway off the main street in Comrie, the private entrance is within the owners back garden. As much or as little as you wish. We may cross each other’s paths during your stay but I will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay in private. If however you wish to chat or use the garden beyond the air bnb outdoor space you would be most welcome. Stunning scenery and walks are on the doorstep. Ben Vorlich is a short 10 minute drive away and Comrie croft is a mile cross country cycle or 5 minute drive. There is a deli, fruit and veg shop, post office, pub and two village shops all a 2 minute walk from the cottage. Self check in available.
