Kitchen facilities include fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster as well as en-suite shower/ toilet. Just 10 minutes walking distance to Bridgend town centre for mainline rail and bus stations. Cardiff 20 minutes/Swansea 20 minutes. Great beaches and Mountain scenery close by as well as a good golf course and driving range. Private and quiet location, ideal for individuals or 2 people. I can also accommodate baby/toddler and provide a travel cot if requested. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES Guests have sole access to the apartment throughout their stay. Happy to chat with guests as needed/required. This is a very quiet neighbourhood yet close to all local services and shops such as Coop, Tesco, Asda, Lidl and all varieties of takeaways. Sports Centre with pool is only a 10 minute walk. There are also pubs within a 5-10 minute walk The Haywain and The Two Brewers. We are situated just a 5 minute drive from Exit 35 M4 or Exit 36 McArthur Glen Designer Outlet. Ideally situated for the Principality Stadium, Cardiff Bay and Swansea Marina just 25 minutes drive in either direction. As an extra charge my neighbours have an allotment and in the process of growing their own fruit and vegetables which will be available from May/June time as well as fresh bread and fresh eggs available now. You may like to take a basket of fresh supplies home with you at the end of your stay.
