Cozy room near center and railway station

Please read all the details and the rules of the house. Guest will have a cozy private room with 2 single beds. The apartment is located 100 meter from bus and tram, 10 minutes by walking from the railway station. Venice is 25 minutes by train, you can also reach easily Vicenza, Verona and Treviso. In some minutes you can arrive to supermarket, bar, cigarettes shops and restaurants. Everyone is welcome here, no matter where are you from, age or sexual preferences. Guests have access to the room and to the bathroom. The apartment is 8 minutes walking from railway station and close to the center, tram line pass every 7 minutes. At the arrival, the guest has to present a valid ID for verification and registration and has to pay touristic tax and ecotax by cash, euro 2,5 per guest per day of stay, included check-in and check-out. If a valid ID will not be provided and taxes will not be paid, it will not be possible to access the apartment. Please leave shoes at the entrance and disinfect your hands with gel. Kitchen use is not included and it is not allowed to eat in the room. If you need kitchen use as additional service please specify in the request. For stay longer than 7 days it is mandatory to allow access to the room at least once a week for verification of the room. IMPORTANT: It is mandatory to respect other people in the house and in the building! You are guests of a house where other people live. Accompany the doors without slam them, talk at adeguate volume, be respectful of the spaces.
