Easy access to hiking trails. The closest lake for swimming is 5 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot. Garmisch-Partenkirchen is an official health resort and thus visitors need to pay a health resort tax of 3,00 Euro per adult and day (1,00 Euro for children).
