Nice and quiet area. kwantlen university 5 mins drive. 40 mins drive to Vancouver down town. willow brook mall 5 mins drive. Guildford mall 15 mins drive. Place is big and clean Lundry inside and private entrance We can talk with Airbnb messages or they can come upstairs someone will be home all the time. Nebierhood very friendly Mall front of my house, everything available,6 kind restaurants , grocery shopping, doctors, dental clinics, tharapast, laser therapy, laser treatment for skincare, shoper drugs mart, 5 different banks, bus stop one minute walk. Vancouver downtown 45mins away, Willowbrook mall 5 minutes drive. They naver get bored here.
