Terraced Casa w/ Amazing Lake Views

A wonderful apt on Lago Maggiore with 2 levels and great views of the lake. On the top level, it has two bedrooms, bath, kitchen, living room and a terrace. Below it has a studio, a master bedroom, bath and a terrace with a stair to the backyard. A wonderful apt on Lago Maggiore with 2 levels and great views of the lake. There is a train at the bottom of our backyard but I have gotten used to it. It is a fabulous place with bikes and two rafts. It is not disabled friendly. You have to walk down a flight to get to the top floor of the house. And another to get to the downstairs. And another to get to the garden. It's built on the side of a mountain. 2 bikes and 2 rafts will be shared. There is a private beach at the lake, but it's very rocky and you need rubber shoes (crocs) to avoid the rocks. There is a very nice beach at the mini golf on the side of the lake, near us. You will have access to the entire apartment. Smoking is not allowed. I won't interact with the guests. I have a real estate broker who takes care of my rental. I live in Brooklyn. This is one of 6 units in my condo. Stresa is a beautiful community with lots of hiking trails and the wonderful "IsolaBella"- a wonderful island palace with great gardens to which you can take a 5 minute ferry. There is a cable car that goes up the mountain. There is skiing about an hour away. There is a bus (45 minutes and 12 euros) from Malpensa airport. You will have to reserve it a day in advance at Alibus. Though you might want to rent a car at Malpensa airport. You'll need a car, though it is a 25 minute walk to town and shorter if you want to take the bikes. But please know that we live on a mountain and I usually get off my bike when I go home as it is too steep to ride up.
