Bright, modern family home in a quiet neighbourhood. Off street parking available and a private back garden with patio area. The property is suitable for families with children or couples. We are a short walk from Summerlee Heritage Museum, the Time Capsule Leisure Centre with Ice Rink and Water Park and Coatbridge Town Centre. We are also only a 10 minute walk from Sunnyside Train Station with direct train links to Glasgow, Edinburgh and Balloch Loch Lomond. We use a few cupboards and the garage to store some belongings, other than that every other area in the home is available for your use. For toiletries we provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also supply toilet paper, kitchen paper, cleaning materials, some dishwasher and tablets and washing machine detergent. There will be tea and coffee available in the kitchen and with notice we can supply other essential items if needed. We have apple TV available in the living room and guests can access some free news channels and Netflix. We also have a play station available for use with some games and DVDs. There are a variety of childrens board games available for guest use. Check in and out through a lock box at the property. Phone numbers provided to deal with any questions or concerns. Hosts on hand to provide assistance if needed. Less than a 2 minute walk from Summerlee Heritage Museum which is home to a World Heritage Site. Excellent facility for families with children. Short walk to the Time Capsule Leisure Centre. Short walk to Coatbridge Town Centre with a variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Summerly Train Station is a 10 minute walk away with direct links to Glasgow and Edinburgh. The train station also provides a direct link to Balloch, Loch Lomond. Central train station is a three minute walk and is a direct line to Motherwell. If driving we are a short drive to the M8 which provides direct links to Glasgow and Edinburgh. There is also a comprehensive bus service from Coatbridge town centre.
