After a recent refurbishment and upgrade it is reopening for guests under new management. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accomodate 6 guests. A kitchen and laundry are fully equipped with all appliances for self catering guests. The studio can accomodate 2 guests and is fully self contained. The property is managed by a local property manager whom is available for questions or any issues during your stay. you will be greeted on arrival and shown through the house. Late night arrivals can access the house via a lock box. Joy’s place is located in Balingup, Western Australia, Australia. It is a delightful short walk into town through terraced gardens and parklands. There is a seasonal waterfall and lake that adds to the beauty. The upper storey sits high above the trees where one can enjoy the fantastic views of the countryside. Avalon is suitable for family holidays, a romantic escape, festivals and wineries. Balingup has a number of gift shops featuring local artisans, cafes with great coffee and food and the Balingup pub for a drink and counter meal. The Balingup brook is within walking distance for a lovely picnic, fish or swim. The stunning Golden Valley tree park is located a few km's away. The famous Bibulmun track is located very close by. Cafes, a playground and shops are all within walking distance.
