Two houses facing each other on a plot of two hectares walled with pool of 15X5m. We have restored the house of 150m2 that we propose to privatize to enjoy with family or friends of exceptional stays. 4 rooms ideal for 4 couples with children : 3 or 4 additional beds possible in the family suite, and then one or two additional beds in two other rooms. 2 cots for babies available + all equipment for babies. We can design the beds according to the needs of you group. Each room has its own bathroom and WC. You will access the entire garden and the swimming pool and benefit from all the equipments : plays for children, outside tables and chairs, ping-pong table, barbecue. There are plenty of various activities in the neighborhood : Troyes (15km), amazing middle age city, Champagne (15 km), several golfs, Nigloland (40 km), shopping centers (8 and 15 km), lakes (8 km), golfs. Don't forget your bikes to enjoy the velovoie around the lake ! The house is located in a small village at 15 km of troyes. There is a bakery in the village and supermarkets very close to the village.
