Cottage: "La Chambre de la Tante Camille"

Our house is an old Winery which is already more than 5 generations in our family. The past few years, we have been working hard to renovate the House and create a nice place that we like to share with you. This part is entirely restored as a independent Cottage: "La Chambre de la Tante Camille". This part of the house is separated where in the old days the family made the local well-known Macvin was created. It is decorated with old stuff from home, travel and upcycled things refound in the house. We will make the beds daily and occasionally clean during your stay. There are towels, linnen and a bathrobe. It is a 3 level house. Groundlevel with a fully equipped kitchen and a shower. It also has a nice fire stove. The second level has a small living-room with a divan that can turn into a very comfy bed (180x200) and the toilet. With a steep stair you reach the mezzanine where you will find a the bedroom with 1 bed (160x200) and a library (mostly English books). As it is divided in 3 levels and steep stairs it is not very convenient for those who have difficulty walking or climbing stairs. You can use our front-garden with BBQ and the hammock. There is also a pick-nick table. In front of the "cottage" is a small terrace. During your stay we are in the big house next to it "Les Filles Tresy" and will be pleased to help you if you have some need. I am mostly in and around the house or the gardens. I am available to give you information or help you plan your trips. I speak french, dutch, german and english. If I am not home you can try to contact me by mobile. t is a small village with the Church next to us. At 08:00 the churchbells starts ring. The local restaurant is within walking distance (3-course daily menu ca 21 euro). Several local winemakers where you can buy locally. We are on the hiking routes of the Grand Randonnée and Transjurasienne. The village is in between the forest and vineyards, ideal biking, cycling and hiking possibilities. - local busstop at max 100 meter from the house - trainstation 4 km away in a nearby village There is a cat living in the mainhouse that likes to visit your appartment. Keep door closed if you don't want her to join you. Be aware if you have allergy.
