Ascot Annexe

Small and cosy attached annexe in a quite private road in Ascot. Own access with a private decking area which is lovely to sit with a glass of wine if the weather is nice. Own private car parking at the property. This accommodation is for one person a second person is a additional £10 charge. Bathroom consists of a Toilet, Sink unit and Bath with a Shower attachment. Bedroom has a Kingsize Bed. TV with Netflix available. My small annexe is cosy ideally for one person but can accommodate two people. It has a small galley kitchen consisting of a small fridge with a microwave, kettle, toaster. There will be a selection of cereals, fresh bread with butter and jams. Tea and coffee fresh milk, biscuits and a few snacks supplied. Guests have there own private access to the annexe. I will be available as much as possible to help my guests enjoy there stay. Royal Ascot Racecourse. Windsor Castle. Legoland. Bracknell Shopping Centre. Heathrow Airport. Virginia Water. Probably best will be a car. Ascot Railway Station is approx 2 Miles from here. Guests can park at the property on a private drive outside there accommodation. Please note it is just a small galley kitchen no oven or washing machine. Mainly tea and coffee continental type breakfast with snacks.
