The house has amazing views on the Loire which you can enjoy from the old stone perron and from the window of the guest room. It is situated on the GR10 (which starts from the source of the Loire to its estuary) and it is only 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from all the amenities in Champtoceaux: restaurants, pizzeria/creperie, bakery, bureau de tabac, hairdresser, etc. and where of course you can enjoy its fantastic panorama and discover the vestiges of the old citadel. Very tranquil! There are 2 bedrooms: one with the amazing view on the Loire and the second bedroom which looks out onto the courtyard. There is a personal wardrobe in that room. The guests will have to share the shower room, so suitable for 3 or 4 friends. The cost will be 50 euros per bedroom. Guests will have access to the hall, the 'perron' and the courtyard.
