This stone ancient villa is set in a beatiful position, sourranded by flowers and trees, courtyard with large space for dining, garden, swimming pool area and lovely view. The entrace hall leads on the right side to the bright sitting and living room with french-doors that opens onto the garden; on the left side you reach the spaciuos kitchen and dining room with fireplace, which opens on the spectacular courtyard. The kitchen has all the necessary utilities and equipment (including dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine). On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower. From the outside courtyard you can access a large salon with sofas, which was once the old barn. The above level comprises a beautiful double bedroom, a twin bedroom with fireplace as you reach the first floor; the hallway leads to the bathroom with bath, a bright double bedroom and two twin bedrooms and an additional bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have amazing view over the countryside and the forest. The outside space has ample pretty gardens, stunning courtyard with wisteria perfect for dining, 10x4 lovely swimming pool and sundeck with external shower, all set in a breath taking location.
