A self-contained one bedroom studio flat in a fantastic location, close to beaches (short drive), waterways, cinemas, markets, railway station, cafés, the Everglades Country Club (less than 2 minutes’ walk) and National Parks. Set in a peaceful, quiet and secluded garden with a private outdoor seating patio this retreat offers you a peaceful getaway. A small cosy sitting room looking out into a garden courtyard. The large bedroom with King Sized bed, also convertible to two single beds, looking out onto a peaceful garden. space. A delightful private bathroom, and a small well equipped kitchenette is suitable for breakfasts and simple meals with fridge, microwave, hotplate and toaster. The Herbalist Haunt Garden Studio is only a 2 minute walk from the licensed Everglades Country Club which provides a great bistro for lunches and dinners. The studio also has an outdoor courtyard area with seating and large desk work space with internet and wifi for those travelling on business. Guests have exclusive access to the self contained studio. Access is via flat paved entry down a the end of a short driveway. There is only one step to get into the studio. People of all backgrounds are welcome. Greg has travelled extensively worldwide staying in every type of accommodations from tents to some of the best known five star hotels in the world. He understands a traveller’s needs. Jill is a Herbalist, Naturopath and Registered Nurse. Her love of plants has inspired her to develop an extensive private garden and be the main instigator of a local community garden, located a short stroll down the road. Together with their two cats Greg & Jill enjoy the lifestyle of the Central Coast and are available to offer advice on the surrounding area if you wish. Quiet suburban street in Woy Woy close to transport hubs and local golf club. Woy Woy railway station is approximately 15 minutes walk, or a quick taxi ride away. Most amenities are a short 5 minute drive from our studio as it is conveniently located to Woy Woy railway, local shopping Umina Beach is 5 minute drive and Ettalong cinema and markets and many restaurants a short drive away.
