Elk River Retreat

Welcome to Elk River Retreat Close to the Tennessee River. It has amazing views from the deck. This cute 1100 square-foot three bedroom 1.5 bath has everything you need for a fun and relaxing time, enjoy all the elk and Tennessee River have to offer.. boat access into the ELK RIVER ELK RIVER Retreat is your perfect Get away, with park like setting , Relax , swim , fishing , boating , Kayak , or sitting around the fire pit .. This place is fully furnished with everything you need .. Beautiful community park, with boat ramp, pier, picnic and swimming area. There are several other public boat ramps near by as well, Wheeler Dam is about 15 minutes away. There is a deep freezer available on request. Please note that the water level starts going down to winter pool beginning after Labor Day and is usually back up to summer pool around the middle of April. During this time the boat ramp might be too low to launch a boat at the community boat ramp, there are other boat ramps accessible in the area during winter pool .. We live in the main house on the lot next door.There is a keypad on the retreat so you can enter. Feel free to contact us with any questions or help that you may need during your stay. it is very peaceful out here.. A great place to relax and unwind... centrally located to surrounding areas , Florence, Athens , Decatur and Huntsville Alabama There is a community boat ramp,park, and a dock, just a very short walk from the Retreat.There is a convenient store, which offers Bait, tackle, and non-ethanol gas, just a short vehicle ride away. Rogersville offers some great restaurants along with a grocery store and a dollar general to provide you with any food or necessities you may need. Multiple parking spots for vehicles or boats on premises. River Scenic boat tours available.. Weekends only
