Nature hideaway for families close to lake

You dream of a nature hideaway close to a lake? Then you will love our place. Have a break, here you can enjoy pure nature close to lake Woerthsee with your loved ones. You will find a spaceous garden and our own private piece of creek. A lot of birdsongs wait for you in the morning -only 400 yards away from lake Woerthsee and about 1 mile from lake Ammersee. The area provides a lot of different routes for cyclists and easy hikes. The house: Our spacious home offers, next to a generous living room area, 3 bedrooms and a sleeping gallery, enough space for up to 5 people. All bedrooms have garden view. If needed, there is also a spare bed on the gallery, which offers 1 additional queensize bed. The house fits perfectly for families or groups of friends that seek for some relaxing time. One thing that is very important for us (we already had some trouble with it): Bashes and loud music are strictly prohibited and do not bring extra persons we do not know. At night after 10 pm please be also aware that there are sleeping hours in the neighbourhood. It is a beautiful nature hideaway to recharge batteries, no partyoffsite. Although it is not a newly built house, (one or another brown tile may be found) ;-) we equipped the house with extra care and love for all your needs. For chilly winter times you also find a wonderful fireplace to stay warm after a snow walk and watch the flames. Pets: Since we also have a dog, dogs are warmly welcome. If you want to bring more then one dog, just let us know and we can talk about it. However, we ask to remove dog waste in the garden - our sofas and beds are also taboo for dogs You will have the entire house on your own. Although we will not be present nearby the house during your stay, you can reach us by phone, we try to help out with all the needs you might have. The neighborhood: On the other side of the garden fence you will find a nature reserve. From time to time even deer can be watched while crossing the garden. The garden ends right next to a small creek that invites you to linger and cool your feet. A few steps in front of the house, the first cycling and hiking trails begin in the beautiful "5 lake district" of Bavaria. The recreational area "Oberndorf at lake Woerthsee" with a large lawn for sunbathing is only a 15-minute walk away. And all this nature is close to Munich. It just takes you 35 minutes to drive there by car. Shops: In the adjacent town Inning am Ammersee you find all the facilities you need just 5 minutes away by car. You find shops like a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, post office etc. Or take the romantic footpath through the beech forest and across the fields and reach the supermarket and bakery in a 20 minutes walk. . connection: The city of Munich can be reached via Highway A96 in about 35 minutes by car. The closest public transport to Munich is via S-Bahn (45 minutes drive to Munich) in about 10 minutes ride by car. There is a large P&R parking lot at the S-Bahn station. You can reach the beach at lake woerthsee within a 15 minutes walk. Note to the property: The house is located on the hillside of a slope, with a great view over the (shallow) garden and the adjacent woods. However, since the slope in the upper area is quite steep, it requires a certain surefootedness to get into the lower garden. Furthermore: not all fences are closed, also the access to the creek is open. If necessary, please pay attention to children or dogs in the garden. Parking: Directly at the house is a garage with a car port. Due to the hillside, the garage entrance is quite steep. Sporty / ground-level cars could not make their way in. Therefore we ask you to test the driveway slowly. If your car is not suitable for our driveway, there are (public) parking facilities at an angle across the roadside.
