Our 5 bedroom home boasts a downstairs master bedroom in a quiet neighborhood, family-oriented, minutes away from IAH, yet close to downtown Houston PLEASE NOTE: Nightly stay base price is up to 5 guests, $10/guest after 5. If possible early ck-in,late ck-out will be allowed, requests before 2PM or ck-out after 12:00 PM, a $10/per hour will be charged. Cleaning fee is for up to 10 guests, additional $50 will be charged for groups of 11 to 16 This will be requested after booking is confirmed. Welcome to your home away from home. You will need a car to get around town. Ridesharing is also available (Uber/Lyft etc.) Please Note: Check-in is 4:00 PM or later, check-out by 10:00AM. We understand sometimes there is a need to arrive early, such as an early flight or an overnight drive. If at all possible early check-in and late check-out will be allowed upon request. if you need to check-in or check-out within two hours no additional fee will be charged. However, if there's a need for more than two hours early check-in (before 2:00PM) or more than two hours late check-out (after 12:00Noon) a $10/per hour will be charged.
