Situated at the end of a lane, attached to the main farm house some mile and half from the village of Aberporth, which offers an excellent pub, takeaways and an award winning dog friendly sandy beach. The cottage offers a large garden with deck area offering a hot tub and all year round BBQ Cabin, as well as views to the sea from upstairs. Attached to the main farm house, Parc Newydd Fach Self Catering cottage, dating back to 1873 is totally self contained. The main bedroom upstairs has a kingsize bed with a door leading to a new upstairs lounge with beanbags, a big TV with Amazon firestick. and awesome views across Cardigan Bay. The bathroom is located downstairs off the kitchen and there is a cosy lounge with a wood burning stove, smart TV and patio door to the large garden and deck area where the BBQ cabin and hot tub are located. Guests have sole use of the Hot Tub, BBQ Cabin, Deck Area, Garden and Patio. The facilites are checked morning and evening to comply with health & safety standards. A seperate access is used for this purpose. Please Note that due to health & safety dogs are not permitted on the deck area where the facilities are. We are always available in person or by phone to help with any questions/information you require Situated at the end of a dead end lane the cottage is quiet yet close enough to civilisation. Cardigan is approximately 6 miles, Aberporth beach is approximately 1.5 miles, Aberystwyth is approximately 40 miles as Carmarthen. A very central location to explore the beautiful west wales area and what it has to offer. The best way to get around is by car as transport can be limited. If you are a keen walker the coast path can be picked up in Aberporth and offers some amazing scenery of this beautiful coast line
