East Aurora Village Bungalow

Classy, cozy bungalow in the heart of the quaint village of East Aurora. The home is set in a charming neighborhood just a walk away from the shops and restaurants. There is a walking trail just down the road at Major's Park. The backyard is fenced in, large, and has a grill and a fire pit. There is one bedroom on the first floor next to the bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other is currently used as an office. This is my primary home so many of my personal items are here however they will be put aside for your use of closets, dressers, etc. In the basement is the second bathroom with a shower. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the basement as well. You will have access to the whole house. The third bedroom/office can fit a blowup mattress if need be. I am available by phone or in person. Walkable, charming, safe, quiet My home is in the village of East Aurora. It is very easy to get around by foot, bicycle, or car. Please note that the bathrooms are on the first floor and in the basement. There is no bathroom on the second floor.
