A great space to rest with a king single size bed There is a bathroom with a shower (shared only my business clients should I be working in my studio at the time of your stay) Your room & bathroom are separate from the family area. Your room is self-contained with a kitchenette Surrounded by public transport. Train 5 stops CBD &10 to Bondi (Station 10 min Walk) One stop away from the International airport. Beach 20 mins walk. This space is great when you need a home away from home. Jon and I have welcomed many new immigrate's, Uni students/ interns, holiday makers and residents (that need a place close to the airport). Now with a kitchenette for light cooking (no smelly or oily food please). Convection microwave and a single induction hot plate. Slow cooker and Rice cooker. Toaster, kettle, and Nespresso (coffee machine) Lots of tea's, etc. The room also has a TV, wardrobe, desk & chair, towels, and robes. Free WIFI. The bathroom is located next to your room (NB: my clients do use the toilet when I'm working in my studio next door room to your room). Please note that the family home is separated from your space. NB: Please note NO unauthorized guests in your room (get a hotel!) Thank you. We are around most days and happy to be an Auzzie extended family to you. This is a “clean” room, therefore, please don’t wreck the place! it’s not suitable for coming and goings at all hours of the night and early morning ( book a hostel or hotel) It's also not a five-star hotel or a place to dump your stuff, you booked a clean room so keep it that way Thank you NB: I can assist you in making your time here easy and will plan with you a good time for the emptying of your bins and to refill the basic inclusions The AIRBNB is a share industry concept So please just be nice and share the AIRBNB concept. Thank you The Laundry has limited access. Please ask about washing your clothes also the washing line is outside and dries quickly on sunny days. You also have a clothes rack in your bedroom Please do not bring any unauthorized guests back. This is my family home & my work headquarters so, please be respectful Thank you. I will be around most days, so just ask. Very close to amenities. Cafe restaurant either at the Mercure Hotel (ten-minute walk) or the Arncliffe Airport Hotel (five-minute walk). Hot chicken shop and ice cream shop just across from the train station (5 mins walk). The IGA supermarket five min walk away and Woolworths 15 min walk away complete with Sushi, Pizza, Coffee Bar. (Cheap eats at $6 for pizza).Brighton-Le-Sands Bay can be seen from the house and is a 20-minute walk away, There are heaps of restaurants along the beachfront One bus stop away from the International airport (catch bus 400). 10 mins walk to Arncliffe train station and 20 mins to the CBD (5 stops). Or stay on to go to Bondi beach. One street away for the bus that goes to Sydney UNI which goes through Newtown (great place with restaurants form all over the world) then onto the city. (Catch the bus 422.) Opal cards are required which we try and have available for you as a share honour system (please re-load and leave for the next guest) Thank you. There are many walking and bike tracks around the area, 20 mins walk to Brighton-Le-Sands beach. See Sydney Transport info website. NB: Pending our work commitments we may be able to pick you up/drop you off at the airport (no promises ). The hairdressing salon in the next room may impact your stay if I am working early (or laughing too much). As your room is next door to my professional workspace, please just close your room door and don't leave personal items in the bathroom Thank you Your bathroom is only shared with my clients ( on the days that I do work from home) and must be kept clean at all times (don't make me chase you!) This is my family home and my business headquarters so no shenanigans! Also, I am a JP (Justice of the Peace) should you require documents to be signed. We also have a Working with Children police check number should you be an underage student.
