With plenty of light coming from a private courtyard, ducted air and fan, you are comfortable in all seasons. Step into your well appointed ensuite with separate toilet solely for your use. A healthy breakfast of juice, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and toast, jams, tea and coffee is provided. All areas of our home downstairs are available to our guests. A healthy breakfast is included with your accommodation, however, use of our kitchen's cooking facilities are limited & subject to request. The living areas flow to a covered outdoor entertaining area where you can eat, drink or have coffee to relax or plan your day. A few steps away is direct access to walking and running tracks around the lake. Two kayaks and two bicycles are available at no cost for the suitably motivated. Our guests can have as much or as little interaction as they prefer. We both enjoy meeting new people and are happy to provide information and assistance to make your stay a memorable occasion. We work from home so have some flexibility. We live in a very peaceful, safe and friendly environment, surrounded by water, and overlooking a tranquil lake, you can walk, run or cycle through 9kms of landscaped paths and wetlands, or kayak around the islands. We have the perfect place for golfers, just a pleasant walk to our own Emerald Lakes Golf Club, bar and restaurant, and another four international golf resorts within a five minute driving radius. You can walk to our ‘European’ themed village where you find coffee shops and restaurants. Public transport A scenic 2km walk takes you to a bus stop that links you to Broadbeach with Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Star Casino, Gold Coast Convention Centre and the G-Link (light rail system to Surfers Paradise and beyond to Helensvale) as well as beaches, restaurants and cafes. Uber is available, it is very reasonably priced and arrives promptly. Beaches, theme parks, restaurants and shopping malls are within close driving proximity. Metricon Stadium and Royal Pines golf and conference centre are 1.8km down the road. Nerang train station is 3kms away and provides regular and direct links to Brisbane city and Airport.
