Peaceful Country Living

Welcome to our quiet spacious country house, just a 20 minute drive from the Hobart CBD! The house is set on an acre of land with fruit trees to pick, and a beautiful view of Mount Wellington. There is plenty nearby to explore, Willie Smith's Apple Shed, Huonville, Pelverata Falls. The house remains nice and cool in the summer and in the winter if it gets chilly, there is a lovely wood fire in the living room. Rooms There are four spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The main bedroom is an ensuite with a shower. The second bathroom includes a bath, shower and washing machine. There is no dryer, but a washing line in the garden. There are two living rooms with a lovely wood fire to keep the house warm in the winter. The kitchen features a large dining table, granite bench tops, a gas-powered stove with 6 stove tops, rangehood, fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Guess Access You will have access to the entire house and garden with the exception of one room and the garden shed. We will not be living in the house, but will be available for any questions throughout your stay by phone or email. We can also give recommendations for things to do in the area and around Tassie! The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet, but still very convenient for getting to the CBD if needed. There are many walks to do nearby, including Pelverata Falls. The nearby town of Kingston is only a 10 minute drive with a shopping centre with all the essentials. We would recommend hiring a car to get around Tasmania. There is plenty of on-site parking, with a car port with space for two cars. There are also taxis and Uber available.
