Sunny studio-apartment next to the sea with balcony. Ideal for couples, solo travelers or friends. This charming place was decorated with a lot of love and you will feel it's warmth when you arrive! It features a fully equipped space with all the necessary facilities in order to ensure your comfortable stay. Easy access to the studio from Heraklion: e.g. from Heraklion airport you need only 20 minutes by bus (the ticket costs 2, 60 euros) to arrive at Analipsis! The main room is furnished with a modern leather queen size bed with head, a free standing full length mirror and a bedside table with a lamp that dips the room into cozy light and spreads a peaceful-harmonious atmosphere. The room has also a top-freezer refrigerator, a well-equipped kitchenette with oven, drawers, cupboards, a sink and a kitchen waste bin. Our kitchen provides all the essential equipment for just about any cooking or baking need. Next to the front door there is a coat hanger stand, a double wardrobe with drawers and a stylish bookcase which boasts superb looks and offers excellent storage with a complement of shelves beautifully decorated. Additionally, we provide a sofa which can be easily transformed into a double bed. For a social gathering, a good meal and a pleasant conversation you can use the dining table with the colorful placemats. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and basin. Finally, the house offers a lovely private balcony with a marble table where you can chill out and have afternoon drinks. Bed sheets, pillows, pique blankets, towel set, clothes hangers, iron, fan, small hair-dryer and vacuum cleaner are provided. Free Wi-Fi (wireless) Internet access is available. The studio is newly painted and has almost brand new furniture. *Important note: Wi-fi is available for the following months: June, July, August, September, one month for Christmas (15/12 -15/1) and one month for Easter (15 days before and 15 days after Easter Sunday). The flat is really sunny because of the two windows and the door to the balcony. It is very quiet, situated within a courtyard and not directly on the street. The neighborhood is extremely safe and very family oriented. There is a lot of space outside the block in case you rent a car or scooter. The apartment is ideally suited to a couple. Also, it is the perfect choice for a single, friends or family with up to four persons who want to relax and enjoy their vacation. Our studio is situated in an excellent location, being close to everything that matters for an unforgettable experience. The large sandy beach with umbrellas and loungers is only 1 minute walk from the studio. On reaching the beach of Analipsis, the first thing you see is the tiny and very picturesque church with the waves almost lapping at its foot. Every tourist who passes through Analipsis stops here for a commemorative photo. Supermarkets, tavernas, cafeterias, bars, pharmacies, shops, rental agencies and places to book sightseeing trips - tourist activities are in a short walking distance (just few minutes from the studio). The Nikos Kazantzakis International airport is only 19 kilometers away and Heraklion, the capital of Crete, is only 24 kilometers away. There are frequent buses to and from Heraklion and the bus stop can be easily reached by foot. The archaeological site of Knossos,CretAquarium (one of the largest and most modern aquariums in Europe), Creta Golf Club and Hersonissos large Water Fun Park are very easily accessible. Also, if you want to experience a wild nightlife, the cosmopolitan seaside resort of Hersonissos is really close (just 8 kilometers). Last, but not least, a vacation in Analipsis should include a visit to the Dictaean Cave (Lassithi Plateau) where Zeus was born according to legend.
