Cosy Room on Clear View

Brand new room with access to the blue mountains national park a short walk away. Come and enjoy some fresh air, de-stress and go on amazing bush walks. With walking distance to local shops and train station, lovely company, a back yard to use and fresh produce out of the green house, this is a great place for you to come to. The room is part of the house but with a private entrance and its own bathroom. Its brand new, cosy, fresh and warm You will have the entire room and bathroom to yourself. You are more than welcome to use the backyard, hang out with us or alone, feed the chickens and use fresh produce out of the greenhouse. I would love to get to know you while you stay at our place but will also totally respect your privacy. Happy to help with anything I can. Our road is a "no through road" with a Steiner school at the end of it, traffic therefore is only a bit hectic at school drop off and pick up times. Shops are a 25 min walk, there you can find a Convenient Store, Cafes, Restaurants/Take Away, Hairdresser, ATM, Post Office, GP and a Dentist. Hazelbrook is a great place to start wonderful and breathtaking bush walks, some starting at the end of the street. The train station is about 25 mins walking away. Near the shops. Free premises parking or street parking is available. We have two little kids who might be loud at times or will need some quiet time for naps or at night, please. The room has no cooking facilities, only tea and/or coffee making is available. We are currently extending out the back, so the backyard is useable but with care.
