Close to river, paved walking path and Lander City Park. Off street parking for compact vehicles. We have outfitted this above garage apartment with a full kitchen, king size bed and large bathroom. Our place is most comfortable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a spacious private above garage apartment. Large bathroom with heated floor. King Size sleep number bed. Full kitchen with essentials and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Dining table. Comfortable sofa. Smart TV with Roku and DVD player. Private deck & BBQ grill. Apartment access is from the alley. You will access via the apartment's private deck. Off street parking for compact vehicles. Custom door code will be provided prior to arrival. We want your visit to Lander to be comfortable. Lander is a wonderful small community. You will also be within walking or biking distance to Lander City Park and the downtown area with many shops and restaurants. We also are near to a walking path that takes you along the Popo Agie River from our street to downtown. Lander is an easy town to get around by either foot, bike or car. There is no washer or dryer in the unit. There is a laundromat downtown. This is a studio apartment with a partial wall & privacy curtain between the bedroom & living-room. The bathroom is accessed through bedroom.
