The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, on a five-minute walking distance from the center where the bus to beaches leaves and all the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants are. It's autonomous with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom . There is a lovely terrace in the entrance of the house where you can enjoy your coffee. Additionally, you can enjoy vintage and modern vinyls on a pick-up, grab a book from my library, work on the PC on the desk or netflix and chill on the smart TV. As of 2020, all living room and kitchen furniture has been refurbished and equipped with completely new cutlery and hardware. Renovations have been done, along with a new sofa-bed and a bar-like surface that can be used as a working space/desk. Guests have access to every part of the house and exclusively for themselves. No room is shared. As you can see from my reviews, I'm always there for my guests when they need me. I offer recommendations as a local regarding trips round the island, hikes, remote or unknown beaches as well as tips as to where to eat, drink or watch the sunset. I try to keep my guests away from tourist traps, if they'd like to of course. It's a quiet family neighborhood, just a breath away from the center of Adamas and the port, where you can dine and drink. Bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and a well known big beach for a quick swim 5 minutes away. The home is located close to the port of Adamas and about 4km from the airport! Renting a vehicle is recommended , in order to explore the whole island easier! Alternatively, you can use the public bus! Note: there is plenty of parking space outside the place. As of the new tax regulations regarding airbnb and such activities in Greece, I am required to ask every guest of mine for a passport number and a full name.
