Great house close to everything

A double bedroom in a three bedroom house close to Rhyl town centre and all local amenities. Situated approximately 5 / 10 min walk into town centre and seafront so excellent location if you fancy exploring. Recently redecorated double bedroom with double bedroom, the room is bright and airy and overlooks the rear garden. I would describe the house and the room as modern but still very homely. Guest are welcome to use all parts of the house but please ask before using we would request that you treat our home with respect, we work hard to keep our home and would hope you would respect that. We would also ask that guest vacate the room on a daily basis by 11am, unless discussed prior to booking. We have both lived in Rhyl for many years and the local area so hopefully have an excellent knowledge of most things you would require so feel free to ask away, in the room you will find a handy file with local attraction, travel and lots of other information. We live in a quiet cul de sac on the edge of Rhyl town centre close to local amenities, attractions and excellent transport links. Easy access by car to the a55 wherever you wanting to travel, snowdonia for walking or Chester for shopping it's all easily accessed from here. We are situated close to the train station approx 5 min walk, bus stop at the end of the road and great commuter links by car onto the a55 express way. Please be aware that we do share our home with Ollie is 2 year old miniature schnauzer and Jacob who is a 8 month miniature schnauzer, both dogs are non moulting and hypo allergenic is no worry about pet hair They are both very friendly, well behaved and love a fuss, they will not come into your room unless invited. If your going to be late please late us know or any other special request then if we can we will try to accommodate where possible.
