Relaxing sea view

The apartment and the rooms are furnished with memories of the travels I make around the world. The bedrooms are 3 and share a very comfortable bathroom. Each room has a panoramic balcony from which you can also see the sea, which is about 1 km away. Both Senigallia, with its velvet beach and the Summer Jamboree, and the Monte Conero Riviera with the beautiful beaches of Portonovo, Sirolo, San Michele and Numana can be reached in 20 minutes by car or public transport. The common areas are large and comfortable. The entrance opens onto the living room where an internal staircase leads to the upper floor and guest rooms. The kitchen is equipped (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine) and available to prepare breakfast and meals. A part of the refrigerator will always be available to you. At home you can't smoke but on the terrace you can relax, read a book and even smoke a cigarette. There is a large supermarket (Famila) very close to home. The apartment is 4 km from the Montemarciano motorway exit. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and the night is quiet. The center is reached by a 10-minute walk and includes various places such as bars, patisserie, shops, pharmacy, supermarket and others. The seafront is full of fish restaurants, bathing establishments, free beaches and night clubs where you can have an aperitif and listen to good music. The most convenient way to get around is by car or motorbike. During the summer season, the seafront parking lots are subject to charges. Here at home there is the possibility to park a car in the private place under the house, alternatively there is a convenient public free parking at the bottom of the road.
