Adorable home by Slottsskogen (No party groups)

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed! Although as many as 14 guests is possible, 10 is recommended. We might be able to drive you to or from the airport (fee 300 SEK). Check with us! The house is very light and fresh. There is one large and fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a living room on the ground floor. From the kitchen there are doors opening up to the little garden where you may enjoy your breakfast or evening meal. Please use all the spices and dry stuff like tea, coffee, flour, pasta, rice you find in the kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (two rooms have 140 cm queen size beds and one has a 180 cm king size bed) and a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub (jaccussi). On the top floor you'll find the lovely large attic room (sleeps 2-5 people; one 160 cm double bed and max three mattresses). A baby crib is available upon request. Bedlinnen, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner are included in the fee and the beds will be made up for you. The house has a small, pleasant garden where you may enjoy your meals when the weather allows :) Just 5 minutes walk away you'll find several cafés, bars and restaurants if you don't feel like making food at home. One minute walk from the house there is a couple of good grocery shops, so here you'll have what you need. The basement flat is private and might be used by me during your stay. Saturdays and Sundays, if I'm home, I can offer you a delicious home made breakfast. (+125 SEK/adult and +50 SEK/child). I'll be happy to show what the neighbourhood has to offer in terms of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and sights. Just let me know :) What I like the most about my neighbourhood are the beautiful houses, the gardens, parks, bars, cafés, restaurants, playgrounds, kid's pool and small independent shops. Also, I love the calm atmosphere and that it's so close to both the sea and the city. A two minute walk will take you to the tram station. Short tram trips take you to the city centre or the archipelago harbour. The archipelago ferries are for free (you just use the tram ticket). The boat trip and island visits (incl some nice little cafés and restaurants) give you a great view of a Gothenburg away from the city pulse. If you want to get to the city but don't fancy a tram ride you can use the river ferry instead. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the ferry and it's such a lovely way to get to the city centre. If you're sporty, you can get to the city by walking to Linnéplatsen through the lovely Slottsskogen park. It takes about 35 minutes. We have a cute and friendly cat named Alis. Alis is mostly out, stays with his sister at the neighbors or with me in the basement flat. If you let him in he loves cuddling but doesn't like to be lifted.
