Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in this luxury shepherds hut situated on a small traditional working farm with beautiful meadow views and surrounded by nature. The perfect getaway, set on a small traditional working farm, nestled in a meadow beyond the farmhouse, with views across the meadows which are home to cows, geese, ducks, rabbits, hares, barn owls, and deer to name a few. Enjoy an off grid experience where the skies are uninterrupted by streetlights and time stands still. Self catering shepherds hut which sleeps 2 in a double bed. Contains a well equiped kitchen area with saucepans, frying pan, utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses. electric 12v cool box All towels and bedding are supplied Small log burner for the cooler evenings, logs and fire lighters included. Separate hot shower and flushing toilet facilities USB port suitable for charging a phone Lots of lovely walks and good access to the A140, A47 and A11. Cars can be parked on the grass next to the hut or hard standing parking is also available for guests. The shepherds hut is located on a small working farm situated along a track a little bit beyond the farmhouse which we live in, so we are close by if you have any questions, but far enough away that you have your privacy. We are set on a farm with no neighbours, (except for cows, geese and sheep!) However within reach is Chestnuts Coffee shop which is just a 5 minute walk from the farm, they serve a range of teas, coffee’s cakes etc. With beautiful views across parts of the farm and countryside it is well worth a visit while staying in the hut. We also have a local pub called the Kings Head in Fundenhall, this is just a 10 minute walk, with a lovely beer garden in the summer months. Public transport is rather scarce, the area is best explored by car or bike. Unless you enjoy lots of walking! Fizz on ice on arrival £15 per bottle - Please book in advance We are happy for guests to bring a well behaved dog, however they will incur an additional £20 per stay to cover additional cleaning costs. Please note there is livestock and free range geese. Fire pit, logs and cooking tools available for hire £20 per night weather permitting, we will let you know on the day, we are surrounded by farmland, so we have to put safety first.
