Rustic little penthouse in Campodolcino

The former mill (mulino) from 1750, resides in an excellent position between the mountain river and the historic town centre of Campodolcino. In front of the house there is a large lawn with view on the mountains. Close-by, in walking distance, you’ll find two playgrounds for children, the sports centre, food stores, the main square, bars and shops. The best restaurant (Due Spade) is just around the corner at one-minute walk. The funicular that connects to the ski-slopes is at 1.5 km. The little apartment under the characteristic wooden roof is equipped with a kitchen with gas, an extendable dining table, sofa-bed and armchair-bed, closet, bathroom, chimney and balcony. It is the perfect solution for couples, friends and small families who like the style of the past. The brand new sofa-bed and armchair-bed are effortlessly opened and closed and are comfortable like real beds. The bathroom has a bide and a set tub. Free parking space is in front of the house. We will probably not be in Campodolcino during your stay, but you will find a booklet with our useful tips on where to eat and what to do in the area. We are also always available for questions or assistance before or during your stay. Just let us know whatever you need! The underground funicular Ski Express offers a fast and easy connection between Campodolcino and Motta, arriving directly on the ski slopes. With a large parking area and a ski rental shop, it is the easiest way to enjoy your vacation. Running in summer as well (check the calendar), for wonderful mountain walks. Like in most old mountain homes, there are a few things to consider while staying at Mulino in Campodolcino. The water system needs to be opened at the beginning of your stay and closed (+ emptied, from Oct-Apr) at the end of your stay. The electrical load in the apartment is limited, it is therefore recommended not to turn on too many electrical devices simultaneously. It is possible that in winter the apartment is cold at your arrival and that it could take a couple of hours before it gets cozy ;)
