Self contained annex on Dartmoor National Park

We are positioned on the very edge of Dartmoor, with the national cycle path 50 mtrs from the gate and walking distance to the adjacent villages of Yelverton & Horrabridge. The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it! You will have access from French doors to a small terrace to enjoy a morning / evening drink, whilst absorbing the stunning views. We live on site and our house is adjacent to the annex. We will respect your privacy, but if you need us, we will be available. We are remote without feeling isolated. Our love of the moors is realised by just stepping out of the gate and setting off to many of the nearby villages/pubs/shops. We are only 8 miles from Plymouth and the world famous Hoe, where this year the National Mayflower 400 celebrations will be held. There is a main bus route less than 200 yards from the annex, providing direct access to Plymouth and Tavistock. With many walking routes available, we have created a list of our favourites and will make these available to you on arrival. We always leave you with some bread, butter, marmalade, jams, milk, tea, coffee and a selection of cereals, plus fresh free range eggs from our own chickens, but only when the girls 🐔are laying
