Big room near the city center

Beautiful, big sunny room in a family house on a quiet street near the center of Brno for 1 or 2 people. The interior is fully equipped including WiFi, a bathroom with bath. Free parking in front. Restaurants, shops and gym are near. Easy access from the highway. Nearby is a business center, gym and good restaurants (all within 10 minutes walk). The center of Brno is also a 10-minute tram ride away. The apartment has a bathroom with tub (toilet is separate). The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is available (fridge, stove, kettle, atd) I give guests space, but I'm available if needed. Throughout your stay, there is the possibility of communicating with me using a translator. After booking, I will send the guest a detailed description of the way to the house. From the airport, take bus 76 to the Hlavní nádraží stop, then take tram number 2 directly to the Merciful Brothers Hospital stop (see map). If you arrive by train at Central Station, the route is the same. From the Hlavní nádraží stop take tram number 2 to the Merciful Brothers Hospital stop (approx. 10 minutes). From the house to the center by tram 2, 5 and 6, which are about 3 minutes (350 m). Trams 5 or 6 to the exhibition center (BVV) with a transfer to tram no. 5 take a total of about 10-15 minutes with a transfer to Mendelově náměstí by tram no. 1 to (direction Bystrc).
