Meleto House
Sourrounded by huge and fascinating gardens, fruits and olive trees, the House presents wide living rooms with hearths at the ground floor and, at the first floor, two queen size bedrooms with private bathrooms and one king size bedroom with bathroom and jacuzzi. The house is sorrounded by a huge garden, centuries-old olive trees and fruits trees, on a property of over 12.000 sqm. The original house was already identified by the pontifical real estate registry dated back to 1860 and when it was refurbished in the late '90, all the construction materials were recovered locally. Even the plaster used to paint the internal and external walls, has been realized with the local tuff. This is the reason why the house has a typical and natural yellow-ocher colour. Insiede the house there is an ancient cave currently used as a wine cellar. Guests will have access to all the garden (12.000 sqm) surrounding the house and the paved area with wooden tables where they will be able to have luch, read or take some rest in perfect harmony with the nature. We will be at our Guests disposal during all their stay. Next to the medieval villages of Saludecio, Mondaino and Montegridolfo and to the seaside small towns of Riccione, Cattolica and Pesaro. Thanks to his hill location, Meleto has been defined as the balcony on the Adriatic Sea.
