Kates Place

A separate one bedroom apartment with private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a Queen bed and Divan in the lounge. You can be connected, chat or join in with our family but may also have your privacy, its your choice. The beds are comfortable even though one is a Divan it is firm and cosy. The space is large and the kitchen is very well equipped. There is an en-suite with a bath that has a shower over it. The apartment has a washing machine and there is access to an outside line and cloths dryer on request. Walk down the right of our home past the caravan and onto the back deck. There is a Key safe behind the Television on the wall and you enter through the dark red door with KATE on it. The large back deck connecting the apartment to the house is available for your use. There is a day bed and a very large table where you could enjoy having your breakfast, lunch or evening drinks. There is usually someone available at our home to help out with directions or suggestions on sights to see. We love to chat to our guests and share stories. Not only close to Airport but ten mins from four shopping centres, five min drive to three hospitals. We are walking distance from many eating venues and across the road from a 24hr convenience shop and hotel. There is plenty of parking available. Transport is very close to access the city or highways to the north Sunshine coast or south to the Gold Coast. AIRPORT is 15 Min away and an Uber is approx $14. There is a shopping centre within walking distance and we are close to many food outlets. The biggest Westfield shopping centre in Australia is a 20 min walk or a short bus trip away. Our fees are for two people and we charge $7 each for any extra people.
